Sedmonedeljni post (Časni post). Najstroži post u godini — uzdržavanje od mesa, mlečnih proizvoda i, prema strogom pravilu, ribe (riba se dozvoljava samo na Blagovesti i Cvetnu nedelju). Praćen pojačanom molitvom i pokajanjem.
