Orthodox Live was born from a simple wish — that Orthodox Christians everywhere, regardless of country or continent, would have one shared place on the internet where they can follow the church calendar, read about the saints, pray, watch live services, and stay connected with their parish, church or monastery.

Orthodoxy knows no borders — Serbs, Russians, Greeks, Bulgarians, Romanians, Georgians and all other Orthodox peoples share the same faith, the same holy things, and the same tradition. The goal of Orthodox Live is to make that unity visible and accessible in one place: to connect believers, clergy, churches and monasteries from around the world into one digital family.

The site was founded and is run by Hadži Miroslav Malbašić, with the wish that modern technology serve the Church and the people — so that every Orthodox believer, wherever they live, can easily find their parish, know when a fast or feast is taking place, and feel part of the great Orthodox community.
