Lord Jesus Christ, my God, in this hour of great distress I turn to Thee, for Thou art my refuge and my strength, a very present help in trouble. Calm the storm that surrounds me, give me courage where I am afraid, and show me the way where I see none. I trust in Thy mercy, for Thou never abandonest those who call upon Thee with a humble heart. Amen.
