The Temple of Saint Sava in Vračar, Belgrade, is one of the largest Orthodox churches in the world, dedicated to Saint Sava, the founder of the Serbian Orthodox Church. It stands on the spot where, according to tradition, the Ottomans burned the relics of Saint Sava in 1595.
